Instructions

If you are a QuickBooks Desktop user, you must associate another email with your account:

  1. Open QB > Help > Manage Data Services > Clear Sync and Login Settings
  2. Enter YES in the dialog
  3. Go to File > Set Up Intuit Sync Manager
  4. Type in the login of the new user
  5. If prompted, select the radio button for use existing company
  6. Obtain your company ID by going to cloudcartconnector.com > Account > My Company
  7. Match the company ID and the company
  8. Click next and wait for the company file to upload to QB
  9. Contact us with your old Intuit user and the new user. We will switch the accounts.

If you are a QuickBooks Online user, follow these steps:

  1. Log into QuickBooks Online with the new user account.
  2. Verify that the user can create transactions
  3. Contact us with your old Intuit user and the new user. We will switch the accounts.
