Introduction

You might have a scenario where Amazon orders should go under Amazon Web Store, eBay orders should go under eBay, and Yahoo! orders go under last name, first name. Another option is Yahoo! needs sales orders and all other stores need sales receipts. Our system allows multiple order management solutions under one account. Each one can have their own settings. 

Prerequisites

Read these instructions on setting up ShipWorks using when a custom button is clicked.

ShipWorks

You must add the website as a parameter. Here are the steps:

  1. Go to manage > actions.
  2. Choose the QuickBooks action for a custom button is clicked.
  3. Under request URL, enter https://www.cloudcartconnector.com/shipworks/index/[INTUIT EMAIL]?website=http://www.shipworks.com
  4. Copy your custom action is clicked action.
  5. Perform step 3, but change the URL to shipworks2.com.
  6. Left click and shift to select a group of orders.
  7. Click the appropriate custom action button.

The URL and intuit email combo will query Cloud Cart Connector for the right settings for that store.

Cloud Cart Connector

Each user name and website combination has its own settings. Here are the steps:

  1. Login to cloudcartconnector.com.
  2. On the next page, choose ShipWorks.
  3. Leave the URL as shipworks.com.
  4. Do your settings.
  5. Go to account > log off.
  6. Login again.
  7. On the next page, choose ShipWorks.
  8. Change the url to shipworks2.com.
  9. Click submit and do the settings.
