How do I exclude split orders from syncing?



ShipStation will send two separate orders, if you split an order. You can remove the -1 at the end of the split order, so Cloud Cart skips it.

How do I add the rule?

The rule states if the order number ends with -1, remove it. Here are the steps:

  1. Login to Cloud Cart.
  2. Hover over the gear and click rules engine.
  3. Click add new rule.
  4. Add this rule:
