How do I exclude orders, based on a field?



Out of box, Cloud Cart can filter orders by status or store. To exclude by other fields, you can add a rule.

What fields are available?

Here are the fields:

  1. Order Billing Company
  2. Order Number
  3. Order Private Notes
  4. Order Store Name
  5. Order Tag
  6. Order Total

How do I add the rule?

Here are the steps:

  1. Login to Cloud Cart.
  2. Click settings on top and click rules engine.
  3. Click action and add new rule.

What comparisons are available?

You can use starts with or matches for phrases. To compare numbers, you may use equals or more than.
