Can I override the shipping amount?



Based off the shipping method, order total, or selling channel you can override the total shipping. You could say if the order total is over $300, then the shipping is $0.

How do I add this rule?

In this example, we will make shipping free for orders over $300. Here are the steps:

  1. Login to Cloud Cart.
  2. Click the gear and click rules engine.
  3. Click add new rule.
  4. Add this rule: 

What other fields are available?

Here are the fields:

  1. Order Store Name
  2. Shipping Method
  3. Shipping Amount

The comparison matches or equals can be used.
