Agent Answer - Connex Manual Sync


To manually sync missing orders:

Login to Connex

Expand the "sync manually to QB' tab

Enter dates of missing orders, or the order numbers separated by a comma in the order list field.

Click Sync Now


In QB, Run your web connector:

File>Update web services>Update selected




To see if orders have synced, check your transaction log:

Login to Connex

Click configure at your connection

On the top right, click settings>transaction log
