There are many users who to need disconnect from their current company file. Either they need to switch to another version of QuickBooks or away from a test file. Here are the steps to disconnect and reconnect:
First, login to cloudcartconnector.com with your Intuit account
On the top menu, click account
When prompted, click OK
You’ll be redirected to the home page. Click the connect to QuickBooks button and follow the on-screen instructions.
When you arrive at the configure page, click submit.
At the settings page, scroll to the bottom and verify that your accounts are OK.
Click save and sync.
