Only one user can subscribe to an app at one time. This error occurs because another user has already paired our app. You must disconnect this user from our application, then sign in with the new one.
Here is the message you will receive:
Error Code: app_already_purchased
Message: The application has already been subscribed to by another user for this company. Please contact [EMAIL] to make changes to this subscription.
Here are the steps:
- Login to qbo.intuit.com
- On the left, click apps.
- Click the my apps tab.
- Click disconnect next to any app that says Cloud Cart Connector:
Log off from QuickBooks Online and return to our site. Login again and you will pair QuickBooks.
