Cloud Cart Connector takes your contact's purchases and adds them as sales receipts or invoices with payments to QuickBooks Online.

Obtain an API Key and App ID

Here are the steps:

  1. Login to OntraPort.
  2. On the top right, click your user name > administration: 
  3. Under integrations, click ONTRAPORT API Instructions and Key Manager.
  4. Click new API Key.
  5. Where it says untitled api key, enter Cloud Cart Connector.
  6. Check all the boxes under select user: 
  7. Select your admin user name.
  8. Click save.
  9. Note the App ID and the API Key.



OntraPort has no SKUs, so you'll need to manually map the names to QuickBooks. Cloud Cart Connector has a spreadsheet tool that you can use to map the SKUs. See this KB for more details.
