Valid QuickBooks Online Subscription


If your QuickBooks Online subscription is inactive or your credit card fails, our software becomes unable to communicate to it. To see if your QuickBooks Online subscription is valid, follow these steps:

  1. Login to QuickBooks Online.
  2. On the top right, click the gear > your account on the right.
  3. If the screen says anything about an account being inactive or an expired credit card, you must follow the on-screen instructions to fix your account.
