Transfer Account



To transfer your account, follow these steps:

  1. In QuickBooks, create a new user that is the company file master admin or you may use an existing master admin: 
  2. In QuickBooks, go to apps > my apps. Ensure that you are not already paired with Cloud Cart Connector or an app that says by Cloud Cart Connector. If you are already paired, click disconnect: 
  3. Login to Cloud Cart Connector using this URL.
  4. Click the green connect to QuickBooks button and follow the on-screen instructions to pair QuickBooks.
  5. Email us the old user account login email address and the new login email address and we will transfer your settings from the older account to the new one.
