Your Cloud Cart Connector trial has expired and your sync has been disabled


Auto Apply License Key

When you purchase a subscription from our online store, the system tries to match the billing address email to an account on or If a match has been found, your key is automatically applied.

Manually Apply Key

If there is no match between your web store account and QuickBooks, you must apply the license key manually:

  1. Find the email from our online store with your license key. If you cannot find it, please contact us with your order number and account. 
  2. Login to or, depending on what software you are using. QuickBooks Online customers use Cloud Cart Connector.
  3. Click submit at my connections.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and apply your license key: 

Multiple Connections

If you are syncing from more than one online store, make sure you apply the license key at the bottom of the configure page.
