What does the activity look like?
Cloud Cart will display sync failures and successes. Here is an example log of activity:
View Log
To view your log, follow these steps:
- In QuickBooks, go to apps > my apps.
- Click launch next to Cloud Cart Connector.
- Click the gear box and click transaction log:
Email Log Errors and New Item Creation
To have errors emailed to you, follow these steps:
- In QuickBooks, go to apps and click my apps.
- Click launch next to Cloud Cart Connector.
- Click configure at my connections.
- Scroll down to Error Logging.
- Enter your email in the textbox.
- To receive emails if new items are created, check the box below the email text box:
How long does Cloud Cart keep the log?
Cloud Cart Connector will clear the log every four days. You can instruct Cloud Cart to email the log on a daily basis, regardless of errors. Under error logging, select email a daily copy of the log. You will receive one email per type per day; informational, errors, and warnings.
