Cloud Cart adds a SKU called unknown do not delete, if your transaction has no line items. To change unknown do not delete to another name, follow these instructions:

1. Login to cloudcartconnector.com
2. Hover over the gear box and click rules engine.
3. Click add new rule.
4. Add this rule.
